Yes. The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) Regulations 2024 banned the supply of single-use vapes in the UK from 1 June 2025. A vape is treated as single-use if the battery is not rechargeable or the pod or coil cannot be refilled or replaced. Prefilled pod kits with swappable pods remain legal, subject to TRPR 2016 limits: nicotine up to 20 mg/ml, pod or tank capacity up to 2 ml, and MHRA notification before sale.
It can. From 1 October 2026 a duty of £2.20 per 10 ml of e-liquid applies in the UK. Because the duty follows liquid volume rather than unit count, pod capacity becomes an economic decision as well as a regulatory one. Model the price ladder before you finalise the range, not after.
We prepare the manufacturer-side documentation — ingredient and emissions data, device specifications and batch traceability — that your filing depends on. Market authorisation itself sits with the brand holder, so we work with your regulatory consultant rather than around them.
In the US the practical question is not legality but shelf access. Pre-market authorisation is required for new tobacco products, and enforcement prioritisation has shifted toward removing unauthorised product. Treat a US launch as a paperwork project that starts before the sample is approved.

Fitment is where pod projects are won or lost.
Yes. The range is engineered to fit the full RELX device range, so a buyer can keep stocking one pod programme across every host device their customers already own. The same shells also fit the AIPOD platform. Sampling from 7–15 days so you can verify fitment on real devices before committing to a programme.
No. AISILE is an independent manufacturer. RELX is a trademark of its respective owner; compatibility is stated for fitment only and implies no affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship. What we manufacture and sell under your brand is the pod itself — the replacement consumable, not the host device.
In most cases yes. Send a physical device or a 3D file and we will produce a fitment sample for your approval before any tooling is committed. Custom geometry is part of our standard ODM scope.
Physical fit, seal integrity, draw resistance and contact continuity are measured against a supplied device or 3D file. We publish no compatibility claim for a device we have not physically tested, and we will say so if we cannot match it.
Strength is capped by the destination market rather than by the factory — for the UK the ceiling is 20 mg/ml. Tell us the market and we configure to it. Zero-nicotine configurations are also produced.
Organic cotton wick with a dual mesh 1.0Ω coil or a ceramic coil. Wick and coil selection is part of the brief, not a separate negotiation.
Yes. Plain configurations are produced, and where a market requires specific health warnings or plain packaging, the dieline is built to that requirement from the start.

Send your company details and project requirements through the enquiry form. The sales team will follow up with availability, lead time and pricing. Wholesale pricing is released after account approval, which is why the form asks for your business type.
Sampling runs 7–15 days and mass production 15–30 days, both measured from approval of the preceding stage. Sampling lead time is quoted from artwork and fitment confirmation, not from first contact.
Because it is not one number. MOQ depends on shell geometry, tooling exposure, configuration count and packaging dieline. A blanket figure would either overstate the minimum for a catalogue product or understate it for a bespoke shell.
Yes. We support third-party inspection on request. Raise it before production starts so the inspector can be scheduled against the correct gate in the line rather than after packing.
Often, yes. Shipments have gone to 50+ markets. Tell us the destination and the factory will confirm whether we can supply it compliantly and what documentation the batch needs.
