Scope
What "OEM" and "ODM" mean here
The two are often used interchangeably. On this page OEM means we manufacture to your specification, and ODM means we bring existing platform design and adapt it to your brand.
Manufacture to your spec
You supply the design intent — device geometry, pod dimensions, branding and packaging requirement. The factory engineers to it, produces fitment samples, and moves to tooling only after the sample is approved in writing.

Adapt our platform
You start from the existing pod platform — the same core used across the catalogue — and change shell geometry, finish, flavour direction and branding. Shorter lead time, lower tooling exposure, and no need to solve fitment from scratch.

Process
Four stages, no shortcuts
The order matters. Skipping the sample stage is what turns a pod project into a rework project.
STAGE 01
Brief & feasibility
Market, device, quantity band, nicotine and packaging. We confirm what is achievable and flag what is not.
STAGE 02
Engineering sample
Fitment sample produced against your device or 3D file, plus flavour and finish direction.
STAGE 03
Tooling & pilot run
Tooling committed only after written sample approval, then a pilot run to validate the line.
STAGE 04
Mass production
Batch production with QC gates, packaging, and manufacturer-side regulatory documentation.
Custom geometry is standard ODM scope. If your device has unusual pod dimensions, send a physical unit or a 3D file and the sample stage will establish whether an off-the-shelf base fits or a bespoke shell is required.
Private label
Your brand, our production line
Private label is the most common entry point for distributors who want a differentiated range without designing hardware. Branding runs across three surfaces.
Product surface
Shell colour, finish and logo on the pod body, matched across the range.
Packaging
Custom dielines, colour boxes, multipacks and display boxes to your artwork.
Compliance copy
Health warnings, ingredient statements and market-specific labelling per destination.
Brand holders own their market authorisation. We prepare the manufacturer-side documentation your filing depends on — we do not file on your behalf, and we do not act as the manufacturer of record for your submission.

Tooling cost, exclusivity and MOQ thresholds are commercial terms we confirm per project — they depend on geometry, volume band and how many SKUs you are launching. The factory does not publish a blanket number because a blanket number is usually wrong.
